Private sessions are available by appointment. Nancy will schedule a time, date and location that is convenient.
These sessions are designed to fit your individual needs. You may be a beginner, a seasoned practitioner or simply curious.
Yoga is suitable for everyone. Adjustments and modifications willl be made as needed. Nancy has worked with children, teens, and adults of all ages. Her oldest student (so far) is 86!
Gentle Yoga includes a variety of poses and breathing techniques skillfully combined to suit your unique body/mind. This is a more active practice than Resortative Yoga. For example, these individually designed sessions can target improving balance, stretching muscles and soft tissue, or building endurance.
Restorative Yoga offers the student a time to truly rest and rejuvenate. An assortment of props is used to guide you into poses that open the body, stretch muscles, and enhance breathing.
Meditation is a much needed practice in our world today. There are several syles of meditation. During session, we made discuss a variety of these practices and determine with which one you are most comfortable.
