Join Nancy @Trailhead to practice a variety of classes. Group Classes are available Tuesdays @5:30 pm and Thursdays @10:30 am. These gentle classes are designed to not only to increase flexibility and improve balance, but also, to calm the nervous system and release muscle tension.
The second Sunday of each month, Restorative Yoga is scheduled from 1:00-3:00 pm @Trailhead. This is a powerful tool to restore health and well being. The practice consists of a series of soothing, quieting poses that connect body, mind, and spirit to renew and re-energize. Offering a totally supportive environment for complete relaxation, Restorative Yoga brings balance and a sense of peace each time you practice.
The fourth Sunday of each month from 1:00-3:00 pm, Yoga Nidra, a guided meditiation is offered. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice from the wisdom teachings of Yoga and Tantra. It is designed to provide a systematic exploration of our inner landscape. This meditation is done lying in a restful position with pillows and blankets. This totally supportive environment offers a space where body, mind and spirit can connect to find deep healing, complete relaxation and radiant well being.
